For any misprinted, damaged or defective claims, you must submit your item within 30 days of receiving the product.

The default address for this website is where the Designer is located, which is the UK. If you live in the UK, you need to return your package to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you will become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias – RJ, Brasil.

Returning because you wanted to try a few sizes of the product/clothing

This is impossible, I’m afraid, as Printful.com/UK isn’t the same as Amazon and cannot cope with this sort of care and handling. Unfortunately, If you’re unsure you will fit the clothing, you should not buy the item. Please check the measurements carefully when considering purchasing an item.

You’re unhappy with the item and would like a refund.

Printful.com/UK/ will not accept refunds, and because of this, you will need to send the item to Elluse-Shop.com at their business address within  30 days of receiving the item. Once I receive your item, I will only arrange a refund via Stripe or Paypal.

Wrong Address

 If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Printful.com/UK, Who Elluse works in conjunction, does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer

Before you, the customer, it is advised to send your package back to the printful.com/uk address; for you also to contact Helen, aka Elluse-shop.com, about the matter at helen@elluse-shop.com.

Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Damaged & mislabeled items

At Printful, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. Howeversupposeif, a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control or was destroyed during shipment. In that case,t, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement (unless the print came out poorly because of a low-quality print file).

Order failed to deliver

If the carrier can’t deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. For Printful orders, this means that they’ll be sent back to the facility that sent them out. When that happens, you’ll get an email from us that your order arrived back at our facility. We’ll then hold off n the order for 28 days at no cost. During this time, contact your customer.
